        Scratch card sales are not part of this. Cards your school sells settle 100% to your school. Schoolsio takes no percentage of card revenue on any plan. Paystack's standard transaction charge applies to online purchases.

        Every entitlement, straight from the same configuration the product enforces.

        Numbers are per school. "Unlimited" means no cap is enforced. Anything not listed in a plan can usually be bought as an add-on.

        Buy only what you'll use

        Each add-on is priced on the group it serves — per student, per staff member, per parent, or per user.

        "Per user" counts students, staff and parents together. Add or remove an add-on mid-term and the change is prorated over the days remaining, so you're never billed for a term you didn't use.

        How the money works

        Who is counted as an "active student"?
        A student enrolled in the current term. Graduated, transferred and withdrawn students stop counting from the term they leave, so your bill falls when your roll falls.
        Do you take a cut of our scratch card sales?
        No. All scratch card revenue goes to your school. Online card purchases are processed through Paystack and settle to your school's account, less Paystack's own transaction charge.
        What happens if we upgrade in the middle of a term?
        The upgrade applies at once and you're charged the difference only for the days left in the term. The same proration runs when you add or remove an add-on.
        Can we go back down a plan?
        Yes, at the end of a short lock period after an upgrade. The lock exists so a plan can't be switched on for one busy week each term and switched off again.
        Is there a setup fee?
        There's a one-time fee when a school links a card for automatic fee payments, and a one-time activation fee for agencies managing multiple schools. Signing up and running a school is otherwise free to start.
        How do we pay?
        Card or transfer through Paystack, per term. You'll see the term invoice and the next payment date in your dashboard before anything is charged.
